The client selected Trinamix for an end to end ERP & SCM Cloud implementation to achieve scalability through the global rollout of the product and have a single platform that will support its end to end processes. The primary objective was to adopt a top-tier, integrated ERP to readily scale as the client grows along with the business complexities. The client also wanted to overcome its existing time-consuming processes, manual approval workflows and inefficient system functionalities.
This engagement began with the implementation of Supply Planning Cloud for Legacy (Netsuite ERP system) in Phase 1, Demand Planning Cloud and Supply Planning Cloud were implemented in Phase 2 followed by implementation of remaining modules.
