Client Background and Business Context
This customer is an international developer, distributor, and marketer of radio control (RC) cars, planes, boats, and helicopters; model railroad; plastic and die-cast models; and other general hobby products. They are also one of the leading developers of radio control hobby products, which include many of the biggest names in the industry, such as E-flite Airplanes, Arrma Cars and Trucks, Blade Helicopters, ParkZone Airplanes, Axial Vehicles, Spektrum Radios, and Losi Cars and Trucks.
The customer aimed to enhance order orchestration by integrating Oracle with WHM workflows, ensuring smooth order progression. Their focus was to streamline bulk order movement to reduce bottlenecks. They needed fully integrated and automated supply-chain and finance processes by leveraging Oracle Fusion cloud capabilities to automate and streamline their critical business functionalities and business process flows by reducing manual and time-consuming processes. Additionally, they prioritized analyzing the impact of demand changes on supply and vice versa with minimal latency.
