The client is the social media giant and global supplier of virtual reality console. The client was deploying Oracle Supply Planning, Demand Planning Cloud solutions to manage their Demand and Supply Chain Planning for their consumer hardware business.
The client needed a more responsive Supply Chain with a collaborative and synchronized extended supply chain including contract manufacturers and component suppliers. There was a need for accurate customer Order Promising and Demand and Supply Planning analysis. The client also wanted to create state of the art end-to-end planning solution for data center operations including network gear.
