Trinamix is a recognized Oracle partner with offices in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, India, Japan, and Dubai. Our Site is primarily intended for business professionals, prospective clients, and job applicants.

By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Updates are effective when posted at trinamix.com/privacy-policy/. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent.

We collect personal information in the following categories:

 

3.1  Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact & identity details: name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, and mailing address — submitted via contact forms, event registrations, whitepaper downloads, or newsletter sign-ups.
  • Enquiry content: messages, questions, and feedback you send to us.
  • Job application data: resume, work history, and other information submitted when applying for a position with Trinamix.

3.2  Information Collected Automatically

 

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect the following via cookies and tracking technologies:

  • Internet & network activity: IP address, browser type/version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, session duration, and clickstream data.
  • Approximate geolocation: country/city-level location derived from your IP address (not precise GPS data).
  • Device information: device type, screen resolution, and language settings.

Tools used: Google Analytics, Chartbeat, Parse.ly, Narratiive, Algolia, Google Ad Manager, Lotame, Auth0, and OneSignal. See Section 6 (Cookies) for full details and opt-out links.

 

3.3  Information from Third Parties

 

We may receive pseudonymous or aggregated audience data from advertising and analytics partners (such as Google Ad Manager and Lotame) to help improve our marketing campaigns.

 

3.4  Data Minimization

 

We collect personal information only to the extent reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and consistent with applicable privacy laws.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own independent purposes.

We may disclose personal information where required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trinamix, our users, or the public.

 

5.3  Business Transfers

 

If Trinamix is acquired, merged with, or enters into a joint venture with another entity, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide advance notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We may share your information for other purposes when you have given explicit, informed consent.

 

5.5  Advertising Technology — ‘Sharing’ under CPRA

 

Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), sharing identifiers, browsing behaviour, and inferences with advertising technology partners (such as Google Ad Manager and Lotame) for cross-context behavioural advertising may constitute “sharing.” California residents have the right to opt out of this. See Section 9 for details.

California residents may exercise their right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information by using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link available on our website footer or by contacting us using the methods listed in Section 9.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that allow us to recognise your browser, improve your experience, and understand how the Site is used.

 

6.1  Types of Cookies We Use

  • Strictly Necessary: Essential for the Site to function. These include session and authentication cookies (e.g., Auth0). Cannot be disabled without affecting Site functionality.
  • Performance & Analytics: Help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Providers: Google Analytics, Chartbeat, Parse.ly, Narratiive.
  • Functional: Remember your preferences (e.g., language, region) to personalise your experience.
  • Targeting & Advertising: Used to deliver relevant advertising and measure campaign effectiveness. Providers: Google Ad Manager, Lotame.

6.3  Your Cookie Choices

  • Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
  • Google Analytics opt-out: Install the opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Interest-based advertising opt-out: Visit optout.networkadvertising.org (NAI) or optout.aboutads.info (DAA)
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser transmits a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will honour it as an opt-out of the sale/sharing of personal information, consistent with the CPRA.

6.4  Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. You may use the opt-out tools above to limit tracking in the meantime. When required by applicable law, users may manage their cookie preferences through our cookie consent banner presented when first visiting the Site.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Our general retention periods are:

  • Contact/marketing data: Up to 5 years from last interaction, unless you withdraw consent earlier.
  • Job application data: Up to 1 year from application date (or longer if hired, per our employee records policy).
  • Analytics & log data: Anonymised or aggregated within 26 months (consistent with Google Analytics defaults).
  • Legal/compliance records: As required by applicable law.

When personal information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it. California residents may request information about our retention practices as part of their Right to Know (Section 9).

Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest where applicable;
  • Role-based access controls for internal systems;
  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability management;
  • Contractual data security obligations with all service providers.

No internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at privacy@trinamix.com.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

This section applies solely to California residents and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy. It is provided in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), as amended effective January 1, 2023 and January 1, 2026.


9.1   Notice of Collection — Preceding 12 Months


We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (“personal information”). In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents who visited www.trinamix.com:


(i) Identifiers, such as your name, email address, phone number, address, Internet Protocol address, and account name.

(ii) Personal information classifications contained in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)), such as your name, address, and telephone number.

(iii) Event registrations, General Inquiries, and content/resources downloads.

(iv) Internet or other similar electronic network activity information, such as your IP address, browser type/version, operating system, browsing history, pages visited, session duration, clickstream data, and information regarding your interaction with our Site.

(v) Geolocation data, such as approximate country/city-level location derived from your IP address.

(vi) Professional or employment-related information, such as your job title, company name, and work history (for job applicants).

(vii) Inferences drawn from other personal information, such as a profile reflecting your preferences, characteristics, or interests, derived from your browsing behavior and interactions with our Site.


Sources of collection:

  • Directly from you, when you submit contact forms, register for events, or download resources;
  • Automatically from your device and browser as you interact with our Site, via cookies and tracking technologies;
  • From third-party advertising, analytics, and technology partners (Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Lotame, Chartbeat, Parse.ly, Narratiive, Algolia, Auth0, OneSignal, Newswhip, Alexa Amazon).

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have used the above categories of personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in this Policy, including operating and improving the Site, marketing and communications, analytics, security, and recruitment.


We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months. We may have shared certain categories (identifiers, internet activity, inferences) with advertising technology partners for cross-context behavioural advertising purposes, as described in Section 9.2.


We do not use automated decision-making technology to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.


9.2   Sale and Sharing of Personal Information


Trinamix does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, sharing identifiers, internet activity data, and inferences with advertising technology partners (Google Ad Manager, Lotame) for cross-context behavioural advertising may constitute “sharing” under the CPRA. California residents may opt out as described in Section 9.4.


9.3  Your California Privacy Rights

Right to Know — You may request: (a) the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the preceding twelve (12) months; (b) the categories of sources from which such information is collected; (c) the business or commercial purpose of collecting such information; and (d) the categories of third parties with whom we share or to whom we disclose it. In addition, your right to know extends to a right of data portability, which requires us to provide you the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format so that you may transmit the information to another entity.

Right to Delete — Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to request that we delete or de-identify the personal information we have collected from you. However, such right does not apply when the information is necessary for us or an applicable third party to: (i) complete a transaction with you or provide services you requested; (ii) perform a contract between you and Trinamix; (iii) protect your security and enforce your rights regarding the same; (iv) protect your or others’ free speech rights; (v) comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act; (vi) engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws; (vii) comply with a legal obligation; or (viii) make other lawful uses of the personal information, to the extent such uses are compatible with the purposes or context in which such information was provided.

Right to Correct — You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you. (New CPRA right — not required under original CCPA.)

Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — You have the right to opt out of the disclosure of your personal information when that disclosure is made in exchange for valuable consideration, or when that disclosure is made to a third party for cross-contextual behavioral advertising (in each case, whether for money or otherwise). To exercise this right, use the contact methods set forth in Section 9.4 below.

Right to Limit Sensitive Personal Information — You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information where such information is used for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. We do not currently collect or process sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA for such purposes. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide the appropriate “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” opt-out mechanism on our website.

Right to Opt Out of Automated Decision-Making – You have the right to opt out of the use of automated decision-making technology that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. Please note that we do not currently use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces significant legal effects on individuals. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide the appropriate opt-out mechanism

We will verify and respond to your request, taking into account the type and sensitivity of the personal information subject to your request. To protect you (and to protect against fraudulent requests), we may request additional information to verify your identity, including your name, mailing address, and email. We strive to respond to each verifiable consumer request within 45 calendar days of receiving such request. If we are unable to meet this timeline (up to 90 days total), we will inform you in writing with the reason.


9.5  Authorised Agents


You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. However, we may need to request that such agent provide evidence that such agent is indeed authorized by you. Moreover, even if an agent submits a request on your behalf, you may still be required to provide us with information that verifies your identity, as described above.


9.6  Shine the Light Disclosure (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83)


California residents may request, once per year, information about our disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Email privacy@trinamix.com with subject: “Shine the Light Request.”


9.7  Financial Incentives


We do not offer any financial incentive programs involving the collection, retention, or sharing of personal information.

Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. We do not “sell” or “share,” as each such term is defined under California Privacy Laws, any personal information of minors under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Please contact privacy@trinamix.com if you believe we may have collected information from a minor.

Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube) and partner sites. These third parties have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices. This Policy applies solely to information collected by Trinamix through this Site.

International Users and Data Transfers

Trinamix operates globally with offices in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, India, Japan, and Dubai. Personal information you provide may be transferred to, stored, or processed in any of these jurisdictions.

 

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or other regions with data transfer restrictions should note that we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses — when transferring personal data internationally. Contact privacy@trinamix.com for more information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:
