Remove Reservation Steps from Sales Order Orchestration in Oracle Fusion/Cloud

Implementation:

Navigation: Go to Setup and Maintenance>>Task>>Search for

Manage Orchestration Process Definitions

Search the name in Process Name and create Duplicate:

After Creating a copy of the existing Orchestration: Edit Name and Description as shown below-:

Now, go to Status Condition Tab>>Fulfillment Line Status Values:

Click on Edit Rule Set as shown below and then click Yes for the change:

Delete the Line with Status Value “Reserved” and “Manual Reserved”

Now Save and Close:

Now go to Orchestration Process Status Values:

Delete the Line with Status Value “Reserved” and “Manual Reserved”

Now, go to Step Definition Tab:

Please go to line “Create Reservation” (Here Step No. is 1000) and note down the value as highlighted below:

Delete the Line with Status Value “Create Reservation” with Step 1000 as shown below:

Now Save the changes:

Delete the Line with Status Value “Create Reservation” and provide the value in Step 1000 (which is the next Step now after the deletion) for Evaluation Sequence, Otherwise, Planning Default Branch:

Now Save your changes:

Now, Validate the Orchestration from Action:

Click on Validate:

Once the Orchestration is Validated Successfully, it can be Released from Action:

Then Deploy Process to use this Orchestration from Action:

Now the Orchestration is ready to work without Reservation Steps.
