Moonee Valley City Council is a local government within the northwest metropolitan area of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, providing various services to some 118,000 residents and over 10,000 businesses. Moonee Valley City Council had assembled a suite of applications, over a long period, through a “best of breed” approach without much collaboration between business units and systems. It resulted in a fragmented application suite, lacking seamless end-to-end workflows, leading to manual workarounds and process inefficiencies.
They embarked on a journey to revamp their application suite, adopting cloud-based technology. After careful consideration, the council selected Trinamix as the Systems Integrator (SI) to deploy an Oracle SaaS-based Finance and Procurement Management solution (F&P). As a result, we minimized manual processes, enhanced decision-making, and improved operational efficiency.
