Exception Based Management
Trinamix has a unique methodology to define an exception based sales and operations planning process. This process allows users to perform Supply and Demand matching more efficiently with focus placed on exceptions and on high value items.
Exception based management is required by every forecasting organization we have encountered. It is not easy to identify all the exceptional conditions that arise or to identify exceptions using time phased tolerances. It is also challenging to provide visual indicators which present the nature and magnitude of the exceptions.
Trinamix’s Exception Framework works utilizing existing Demantra functionality. Trinamix’s Exception Framework provides a flexible structure to define aggregation levels of exceptions, and to define exception related data series in Demantra. Trinamix can setup tolerance levels which vary with time and we can automate the exception management process cycle over cycle.
